Abbot Kinney First Fridays â Abbot Kinney, Venice6 â 10 pm
It's the first Friday of June!  If you are on the westside, the stores on Abbot Kinney stay open later and food trucks gather to feature the best of their wares.  There is a party at Giant Media with open bar and tacos (but you gotta RSVP) and a secret spot for ample, free parking.
Saturday
Battle on the Bank VI â Doll Factory, 1910 W. Temple St, LASaturday 11 am â Sunday 7pmBattle on the Bank is a 3-day banked track roller derby tournament hosted by the LA Derby Dolls. Â There are eights teams from five states competing for the title and trophy this weekend. Â They will also be showcasing some cutie junior derby girls skating for their championship. Â Tickets are available for the entire tournament or you can purchase just a day-pass.
Sunday
LA Pride Parade, Santa Monica Blvd (from Crescent Heights to San Vicente Blvd) â West HollywoodParade starts at 11 amHome of the first LGBT pride parade in the country, LA Pride is one of the largest parades hosted in the city with over 400k participants.  Attendees should arrive early and note that parking will be hellish but at least parking permits will be waived for the festivities.  Extra host Maria Menounos is this year's Grand Marshall and Kerli, Judith Hill (from The Voice), The Pointer Sisters and Kat Deluna are all scheduled to perform.
