Apt2B Goes Summer Lovin With Kyle Schuneman and his new Summer Sofa Collection

Following the success of the Fall 2013 launch of Kyle Schuneman for Apt2B, interior designer Kyle Schuneman is adding more styles to his upholstery line for Summer 2014. Inspired by fashions of the spring runway these four new frames come in a number of pastel colors, in addition to strong neutral tones. They also feature details like tufting, stainless steel bases, and rolled backs, elevating Apt2B’s game while still keeping their affordable price-point. These new styles continue the philosophy that having a small space doesn’t mean you can’t have big design. “I wanted these new frames to feel more grown-up and penthouse-worthy” says Kyle. These designs represent a more sophisticated urbanite while still being accessible with prices starting at $899. The new frames each come in sofa, sectional, and chair options. These modern pieces are all made in L.A. and the clean lines and small scale are perfect for apartment friendly style.

“Adding to the line was a no brainer. Kyle took the summer collection to a new level with sofa silhouettes that are whimsical, smart, and most importantly, we were still able to make them affordable” says Mat Herman, Co-Founder of Apt2B. With renting on the rise and downsizing becoming the norm, smaller scale furniture is more in demand than ever. These four styles – the Coronado, the Jackson, the Pacific, and the Fillmore – all come in sofa and apartment size sofa options to meet those needs.

The Summer 2014 additions to the Kyle Schuneman for Apt2B line is making the sofa the star no matter what size room.
